Refunds may be considered in the following rare scenarios:

- Duplicate Payment: Verified via payment gateway logs.
- Technical Failures: If a service paid for is not delivered due to internal issues.
- Unavailability of Service: If booked services are not provided within agreed timelines and alternative solutions are not accepted by the user.

- Chargebacks & Disputes
Unjustified chargebacks without contacting our support first will be contested legally. Users misusing payment systems may be blacklisted.
